Our Services
Weekly Maintenance Cleans
If your space gets lots of foot traffic or medium to heavy use by employees then frequent (Bi-Weekly, Weekly, or more often) cleans might be best for you. For our Maintenance Cleans we utilize a protocol that Deep Cleans each area of your space on a cyclical basis to maintain the best clean possible over time.
Monthly Deep Cleans
If your space gets infrequent foot traffic or light use by employees then maybe a Periodic Deep Clean would be a better option for you. Most commonly we do Monthly Deep Cleans, but if a Bi-Monthly or Quarterly Deep Clean would make more sense, we offer that too!

Our Cleaning Standards
For every clean:
– Bathroom vanities and sinks cleaned
– Mirrors cleaned and chrome fixtures shined
– Toilets cleaned, including underside
– Kitchen sinks cleaned and chrome shined
– Microwave wiped out
– Front of refrigerator cleaned
– Counters and table tops cleaned
– Desks cleaned, with keyboards and monitors dusted
– Lobby chairs/couches spot cleaned
– Light fixtures, pictures, window blinds, window sills, furniture, decorations, high touch areas, vents, and baseboards dusted
– Corners dusted for cobwebs
– Doorknobs and lightswitches disinfected
– Carpets vacuumed where easily accessible
– Hard flooring vacuumed where easily accessible
– Hard flooring mopped where easily accessible
– Trash Removal
For a Deep Clean:
Most spaces don’t need a deep clean every week, so for an efficient yet thorough weekly/biweekly cleaning protocol, we deep clean each room on a cyclical basis. If you choose a monthly protocol then we deep clean all rooms every time.
– Toothbrush used in bathroom crevices
– Outside of cabinets wiped
– Baseboards and window sills cleaned
– Decorations cleaned
– Walls and windows spot cleaned
– Lightswitch plates cleaned
– Doors and door frames cleaned
– Furniture vacuumed and/or hand wiped
– Extra time taken with floor cleaning and extra focus on edges
– Areas under furniture vacuumed where possible
– Closet floors vacuumed where easily reachable
